By creating a StockMail account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use StockMail.
StockMail delivers a daily email summarising publicly-available information about the tickers you select. It is not a brokerage, advisor, or financial-services provider.
Nothing in StockMail's emails, dashboard, or marketing constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Content is informational only. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on it. Past performance does not predict future results.
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person, one account.
You agree not to:
Paid plans renew automatically on the same day each month at the price shown when you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not retroactively refund the current period (see the Refund Policy).
Quotes, fundamentals, and other market data are sourced from third-party providers. StockMail does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that pose operational risk. You may delete your account at any time.
StockMail is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms; meaningful changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
